Overview

Outpatient Treatment That Fits Around Your Career

Blueview Recovery treats substance use and the mental health conditions that often sit underneath it — burnout, anxiety, depression and chronic stress — in one plan, with one clinical team, in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

You don’t move in or disappear from work for a month. You attend structured sessions and go home afterward. For many professionals, our Intensive Outpatient Program or virtual IOP makes it possible to keep working while getting real treatment.

Who this is for

Why Professionals Put Off Treatment

High-functioning doesn’t mean fine. Many professionals keep meeting deadlines while drinking more to unwind, relying on stimulants to keep up, or using pills to sleep. Fear of what a colleague or manager might think, or of falling behind, keeps a lot of people from calling until something breaks.

Burnout and long hours

When work never stops, drinking or using can become the only off switch. We help you build ones that last.

Performance pressure

Stimulants to keep up, alcohol to come down. We treat the cycle, not just the substance.

Fear of being found out

Treatment is confidential. You decide who at work knows, if anyone.

Anxiety and depression

Often the reason the drinking started. We treat both in the same plan.

Work-life balance

Family, health and relationships that have taken a back seat. Recovery makes room for them again.

Not sure where you fit?

A fifteen-minute confidential assessment can help you figure out next steps. No obligation.

Dual diagnosis

Addiction and Mental Health, Treated Together

Substance use and mental health conditions feed each other. A drink takes the edge off work stress, so the stress hits harder without it. A stimulant gets you through the day, so the crash deepens anxiety and low mood. Our dual diagnosis approach addresses both in one coordinated plan.

Programs

Levels of Care

Care steps down as you stabilize. Most people move through two or three of these levels, not all of them.

  1. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The highest level of outpatient care: five hours a day, five days a week, usually with time away from work.

  2. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Several hours a few days a week, so many people can keep working.

  3. Virtual IOP

The same structured care from home, for when getting to King of Prussia isn’t practical.

  4. Outpatient Program (OP)

Ongoing therapy and support as you build independence in recovery.

If you need to withdraw safely first, we coordinate detox placement before treatment begins.

Getting started

Starting Treatment

The first conversation is a confidential clinical assessment, not a sales call. Call, or send a message and we’ll call you.

We’ll ask what you’re using, what you’ve already tried, what’s going on with sleep, mood and stress, and what your work schedule looks like. From there we recommend a level of care and a start date. Same-day assessments are often available.
